INSTALLATION GUIDE

# Set up ETV Pro for your device.

ETV Pro and ETV Pro Xtream use different access details. Check the product name in your email before installing anything.

## 1\. Check your device and system

Find your model and operating system in Settings → About or the equivalent menu on your device. An Android phone, tablet, compatible TV box or stick can use the ETV Pro app. A Smart TV is not automatically an Android TV.

For Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS, iPhone, iPad or a computer, check whether a supported Xtream-compatible player is available. A brand name alone does not establish compatibility; the system, model and available player matter.

## 2\. Request and verify your trial

1. [Choose your product and submit the trial form](https://etvpro.live/#trial) with your email and device details.
2. Open the verification email and confirm the product you need.
3. ETV Pro: receive a private app download link and start the trial inside the app. Xtream: receive account details if a test account is available.

ETV Pro provides a 3-day trial for eligible new users. A device that has used an ETV or ETV Pro trial cannot receive another. Xtream test-account availability and duration are confirmed separately.

## 3\. Install ETV Pro on Android

1. Open the app download link supplied in your email on the compatible device you plan to use.
2. On a TV stick or box, use the emailed link in Downloader. Keep the signed download link private.
3. Install ETV Pro, open it and start the trial using the button inside the app. No activation code is needed for this trial.

Do not install the ordinary ETV app in place of ETV Pro. The app checks trial eligibility; devices that have already used a trial cannot start another.

## 4\. Set up ETV Pro Xtream

1. Choose an Xtream-compatible player supported on your device, using the device’s app store where available.
2. Use the server URL, username and password supplied together for your Xtream account.
3. Check playback using the content and connection you normally use.

There is no separate ETV Pro Xtream app. Player availability and fees are set by the player publisher; a player purchase is separate from streaming access.

## Already have ETV Pro access?

Request an app link using the same email address associated with your existing access. This does not create another trial.

## Before requesting a new account

### The app will not install

Check the device operating system first. The ETV Pro Android package is not an iPhone, Samsung Tizen or LG webOS app. If your device shows an installation error, record its model, OS version and the exact message for support.

### Xtream login is rejected

Use the server URL, username and password from the same account email. Check for spaces introduced when copying. Confirm that your player supports Xtream login and that the account is still valid with support. The Pro app download link is not a server URL.

### The Pro trial is unavailable

The app checks device eligibility. Reinstalling it, changing your email or requesting another code does not reset a device that has already used an ETV or ETV Pro trial.
