Which product should I choose?
Choose ETV Pro for the matching app on a compatible Android device. Choose ETV Pro Xtream if you need a supported third-party player on iPhone, iPad, a Smart TV or computer. Confirm your exact device and player before choosing.
How does the free trial work?
ETV Pro offers a 3-day trial for eligible new users. A device that has already used an ETV or ETV Pro trial is permanently ineligible for another trial, and a new key does not reset it. Xtream test-account availability and duration are confirmed separately by support.
Can I watch on several devices at once?
One account supports one active device at a time. You can switch between compatible devices, but cannot stream on them simultaneously.
Does downloading the app activate my account?
No. You also need the correct access details and activation instructions. ETV Pro uses its matching Android app; ETV Pro Xtream uses a server URL, username and password in a compatible player.
Are all channels always available?
Channel and programme availability varies by product, region and time. No individual channel is guaranteed to be added or retained. Test the content and connection you intend to use before choosing a subscription.
Are player apps included?
ETV Pro uses the ETV Pro app. For ETV Pro Xtream, supported devices and any third-party player fees depend on the player publisher. A player purchase is separate from streaming access.
How do I request a trial or ask about a plan?
Use the trial form to submit your email and device details, then confirm your email using the link we send. Verification does not guarantee eligibility: available access details and installation instructions are sent separately. For plan questions, email [email protected]. This page does not collect payment.
Does ETV Pro work on every Smart TV?
A Smart TV is not necessarily an Android device. Check the operating system and model: ETV Pro needs compatible Android hardware. On other TV systems, ETV Pro Xtream may be an option if a supported player is available.
What should I check during a trial?
Test the channels or programmes you want to watch, picture and sound, and playback on your usual device and connection. If something does not work, send support your device model, player name and the error message. Never send your password.
