What you provide

A trial request includes your name, email, product choice, device details and country. An app-link request includes your email. Support receives any details you choose to email. Do not submit payment card details or account passwords.

Why we use it

We use these details to verify your email, process trial access, send installation instructions, answer questions and prevent repeated or abusive requests. Trial emails are service messages; submitting this form does not subscribe you to promotional newsletters.

Shared trial handling

ETV Pro and ETV Best use a shared request and trial-code system. An existing trial associated with your email may therefore affect eligibility on this site. We record which site received the request. A different email or new code does not restore a device’s trial eligibility.

Technical records and providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, Turnstile verification, database storage and email delivery. Requests may record the IP address, approximate country, request identifier, verification status and email processing status for security and support. Cloudflare Web Analytics records site usage and performance.

We record requests to verification and download links to troubleshoot the service. A link request or a provider’s email acceptance does not prove that a person read the email, installed an app or watched content.

Retention and requests

Request and assignment records are retained for support, account access and prevention of duplicate trials. Short-lived security counters and request-event records are cleaned separately. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to remain to maintain security and existing access.
