What you provide

A trial request includes your name, email, product choice, device details and country. An app-link request includes your email. Support receives any details you choose to email. Do not submit payment card details or account passwords.

Why we use it

We use these details to verify your email, process trial access, send installation instructions, answer questions and prevent repeated or abusive requests. Trial emails are service messages; submitting this form does not subscribe you to promotional newsletters.

Trial eligibility

Trial eligibility is checked against existing requests and trial-code records. An existing trial associated with your email may affect eligibility here. A different email or new code does not restore a device’s trial eligibility.

Technical records and providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, Turnstile verification, database storage and email delivery. Requests may record the IP address, approximate country, request identifier, verification status and email processing status for security and support. When you submit a trial or support request, we send only its recorded IP address to IPQuery to estimate whether it is associated with a VPN, proxy, data centre or mobile network; we do not send your name, email address, message or trial credentials. This estimate does not prove who submitted a request or whether the connection is from a household, and it does not by itself deny access. We cache the lookup result for up to 7 days; request records are retained separately.

We record requests to verification and download links to troubleshoot the service. A link request or a provider’s email acceptance does not prove that a person read the email, installed an app or watched content.

Website analytics

We use a separate website analytics service to understand page visits, referring websites, approximate country, device type, selected feature clicks and request-form progress (started, submitted, accepted, rejected or uncertain). This helps us improve navigation and setup guidance. We do not send names, email addresses, form messages, trial credentials or order references to this service. URL query parameters and fragments are excluded, and referring URLs are reduced to their origin. This service respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. A recorded form acceptance means the request was saved; it does not prove email delivery, trial activation or use.

Retention and requests

Request and assignment records are retained for support, account access and prevention of duplicate trials. Short-lived security counters and request-event records are cleaned separately. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to remain to maintain security and existing access.
